About project
Project of large-scale upgrading of Omsk Refinery
Within the second stage of Omsk Refinery upgrading aimed at crude conversion ratio improvement to 97%, Gazpromneft-ONPZ started realization of large investment projects of some new complexes construction, including CDU/VDU (Crude Distillation Unit/ Vacuum Distillation Unit) and DCU (Delayed Coker Unit). Capacity of the new CDU/VDU will amount to 9.6 mln tons a year. Capacity of the new DCU will amount to 2M metric tons of crude oil per year.
For four years Technip has performed works on the projects as the EPCM Contractor.
Documents and deliverables translated within the project:
- Geological engineering survey (the overall complex)
- Job supply specification
- Job design specification for all disciplines: Process, Mechanical, I&E, HVAC, Civil, Project Control, HSE
- Lists of equipment
- Material Requisitions: MR for Inquiry, MR for Purchase
- Supply maintenance documentation (inspection/expediting reports, NCR, IRN)
- Monthly progress reports
