Oil field D33 on the Baltic Sea shelf was discovered in 2015. Extracted oil reserves of the field amount to 21.2M metric tons. The LUKOIL Company is planning to accept the final investment solution for the D33 field in 2019. The field development project is at the pre-FEED stage. For further detailed study, the concept of unmanned development using platforms of minimum size is defined, possibly including subsea production systems. Facility startup is scheduled for 2023.
